Friend of Warlord Games, Frazer Hines, known to millions as the Second Doctor’s loyal companion Jamie McCrimmon, is now the proud owner of his own exclusive miniature!

When Frazer visited Warlord Games for a behind the scenes tour this summer, little did we know that six months later he would be returning to us to collect his first batch of brand new Jamie McCrimmon figures!
This figure (which has been digitally sculpted by Warlord figure designer Marco Sano) shows Frazer, as Jamie, in his trademark kilt, sporran and fur jacket. A costume he appeared in on screen, with some slight variations, from 1966 to 1969, in all but one of Patrick Troughton’s adventures.

Frazer told us the sad tale of how Jamie hadn’t had much in the way of merchandise and we were delighted to produce one for him – this is the first licensed figure of Jamie McCrimmon for decades. A further sculpt of Jamie will be released in 2018, in the Second Doctor & Companions boxed set, featuring alongside figures of Zoe Heriot, Victoria Waterfield, Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and the Second Doctor himself.
This figure will be available exclusively through Frazer’s website and will tour round the popular Doctor Who convention circuit with him, where fans will have the chance to pick up a figure in an autographed container box.

Frazer was given a further surprise by NF-X Game Design Studio head Nik Hull (NF-X will be producing officially licenced scenery pieces for us). Nik gvave Frazer one of the very first production models of the Tomb of the Cybermen collectors dioramas, due for release early 2018. Frazer has been following the progress of the Tomb’s creation for months and was delighted to take his own home with him as you can see below!

We’ll have more details of Frazer’s visit, featuring behind the scenes secrets and videos, soon, where he comes face to face for the first time with a miniature version of himself! Or as Frazer himself proclaimed “This is brilliant, but a bit surreal!”
