Warlord Games present their latest pack of officially licensed pewter Doctor Who figures, the Sea Devils. These amphibious Earth reptiles, aquatic cousins of the Silurians, first appeared in the 1971 Third Doctor adventure The Sea Devils.

Resembling humanoid turtles, these long-necked, large eyed and fin spouting creatures survived at the depths of the ocean since prehistoric times. Awoken from suspended animation, they attempted to reclaim the Earth that they once ruled, believing that it was their right to do so. The Sea Devils are typically armed with small spherical like firearms stored in their belts. Hordes of their species could be re-awoken at once using a sonic signal.

The Master (Roger Delgado) summoned a colony of Sea Devils hibernating beneath the English Channel. He persuaded them to reclaim the planet from the humans for his own satisfaction. The Doctor (Jon Pertwee) tried in vain to persuade the military not to attack the creatures. When hostilities reached boiling point, the Sea Devils declared war on humanity. The Master’s plan to awaken more colonies was foiled, when the Doctor blew up their base, thus preventing a war between the two species. This boxed set contains three beautifully sculpted Sea Devil figures. RRP £11.99
